You don’t need to worry about that. If a puzzle is too difficult, you can always use tips to help you. If these don’t help either, you can easily request the solution.

How do I get the puzzle pack?

The puzzle package will be handed over to you by our guide at the beginning of the Outdoor Escape.

What happens in bad weather?

There is no such thing as bad weather – good weather is included! At least that’s what we would like to say. We have planned the routes specifically so that you can take shelter at many stops. An umbrella also helps! However, if it pours like a bucket, we will be happy to find an alternative date or issue you a voucher for the value of your booking.

What payment options are available?

Can I bring my dog with me?
